Internet savvy real estate investors are generating leads and doing more deals by using cheap micro- websites called squeeze pages or landing pages.  These real estate investor squeeze pages are built to capture leads when a visitor hits the page.

Squeeze pages have been used online for a decade or so and they have evolved quite a bit over the years.  Today there are all kinds of new pages, concepts, and flashy new options to help increase conversions.  You’ll see videos on many squeeze pages, pictures, audio, some are fancy looking… others are very plain and simple.   In the end, it doesn’t matter what a landing page looks like… as long as it converts visitors to leads for your real estate investing business.

Where Do You Drive Your Real Estate Investor Traffic?

Do you drive them to your main real estate investor website and hope they punch in their information to join your cash buyers list… or do you learn how to set up a real estate investing squeeze page (some people call them landing pages or lead pages)?

The answer is to do both… but if you really want to generate a lot of cash buyer and motivated seller leads for your real estate investing business you’ll want to set up what we call a lead page or landing page.  In this post we’ll show you why landing pages work, we’ll show you real estate landing page examples, and show you how to get your own landing pages set up and online quickly.

A Squeeze Page is not meant to generate it’s own traffic (even though it is possible to get a high ranking squeeze page on Google). What’s in a real estate investor squeeze page?

A good landing page doesn’t have a bunch of links, not a lot of options, etc.  It’s simple and concise.  Most lead pages are typically 1 page but sometimes they can be a 2 or 3 page websites.

I’m not going to spend a ton of time on laying out all the details of great real estate investing landing page because they’re really pretty simple.  Is there a design that works best?  Some can perform better than others but the truth of the matter is that what works really well for your real estate investing business and your market may not work as well as another design (or message) on another real estate investors website.  Make sense?

However there are some But, there are elements that usually work well.

  1. Attention Grabbing Headline • Call To Action
  2. A short description of what they’re about to get in exchange for their email addres
  3. A few bullet points listing out benefits of what they’ll get when they “opt in”
  4. Performance Enhancers (Video, audio, free gifts like a downloadable ebook)
  5. Opt-In Box (This is where you collect any information you want)

Those are the most important elements of a really good landing page.  Yes, you can use pictures and videos… but definitely test the video versus just the text with no video, actually test everything.  You’d be surprised to learn that sometimes the simplest and even ugliest squeeze pages can outperform the ones with video and pictures.

I just went over what a Lead Page is (or squeeze page) and why they work for real estate investing businesses…

So, what do you do now?

First, if you don’t have a Lead Page and you’re in real estate investing… you NEED ONE.  I’ve personally generated hundreds and hundreds of motivated seller leads, a cash buyers lists well over 300 buyers, and a list marketing list 10,000 people who are interested in flipping houses.  This was all done online via a squeeze page… it works really well and you’re leaving money on the table if you’re not using them.

So now that you know what a squeeze page is you need to decide what investing niche you want to attract leads and you need to go buy a good domain name!  On of the quickest ways to get a simple squeeze page up is jump onto (which is an outsourcing community) and find yourself a programmer that can help you get your first squeeze page.

Another great option and the one that makes the most sense is to use a lead page or squeeze page system that already works. The front end of the inbound marketing methodology I use to generate massive amounts of online real estate estate leads and one that I’ve perfected all starts with…

The “Plant” phase.  

You need to attract visitors and, of course, traffic to your website, but how do you do that? It all begins with having a website with the right SEO, Search Engine Optimization, that can help your optimize your webpages by taking you by the hand and showing you exactly what you need to change or add to your website to give the better chance of ranking your site well in search engines like Google, Yahoo, and Bing.   You’re probably saying “WOW Dave”  that is a mouth full.  It is a mouth full but it can be very simple once you understand a few your audience and what they are actually searching for online.   The system I use for this “Plant” phase does all this for you.  It was built with SEO in mind from the ground up, and it helps you deliver exactly what Google is looking for when it decides what ranks where in the search rankings.

Next comes the “Nurture” phase.

This is the inbound marketing strategy for real estate investors is what I call the “Nurture” phase.  So you’ve attracted the traffic to your real estate investor website by using our search Engine optimization strategies, training, other sources of leads like direct mail, craigslist, etc….now what?   Well now it’s time to really build that relationship with your prospect and bring them aboard as a customer. Once a cash buyer or motivated seller or private lender or tenant opts in to one of those lead pages, it’s time to build a relationship with them and help them become evangelists for your company.   The key thing you need in order for that to happen is a flexible social media integration that lets your website visitors share your site with their friends or sphere.  Social media is a huge part of getting found on the search engines so you need to have social buttons and share links on your website.  Google and the other search engines put a lot of weight in this and based on their algorithms it can play a very important roll in getting found and generating leads online.

So what should you do and what should happen after a lead submits their information?

You must have some sort of email auto responder that goes out to opt ins immediately after they opt in. Why?  Because it starts the conversation, it gets them to raise their hand.  Last, if you really want to take it to the next level with this “Nurture” phase, plug in an email auto responder sequence.  You can set up a sequence by using a email marketing service like MailChimp, iContact, AWeber, Constant Contact, Infusionsoft, ZOHO, Get Response,  and a whole host of others.

Next comes the “Grow and Harvest” phase.
